about

Where Jason and Tom grew up In Adelaide there is a weed that spreads like a disease in backyards. Every child remembers chewing out of idleness and ennui on long stemmed yellow flowered soursobs. It may not be the oatmeal biscuit you ‘re begging your Mum for as an after-school snack but I guess you’re just gunna have to chew on it anyway. They’ll always be there when you look for them. So yeah you just better be thankful for The Small Mercies and their debut album, ‘Where the Soursobs Grow’.
